Vancouver Montessori School Parent Handbook: Supplies Needed For School

A complete change of clothing, labeled with their name
A comb
Blankets:
- non-nappers need one crib size blanket
- nappers need 2 crib size blankets OR a small child's sleeping bag
A large box of Kleenex
A wrap for outside play with a loop sewn in the collar
Shoes for classroom wear
Luncheon needs
- A small cloth lunch bag (devoid of cartoon characters) with a loop or handle to fit around a 3" diameter chair stile
- Please DO NOT send back packs or large cloth bags
- A cloth place mat and a cloth napkin
- Please choose easy to open plastic containers. Take your child with you to the store to purchase ones s/he can open. It is very embarrassing to children to spill a container in an effort to open it.
- We provide milk, juice and water at lunch-time. Please do not include beverages in cans, boxes or thermoses.
